Eli Bay – Beyond Stress Training Program        

elibay_logoAnxiety and stress are two major challenges that people are struggling with in today’s life. The impact of anxiety often feels catastrophic and debilitating, impacting our work, relationships and the freedom to enjoy our lives to the fullest.

Eli Bay is a well known Canadian icon and a pioneer in the field of stress control and mind-body regulation. He has developed a training program in anxiety management where you will learn to turn on the relaxation response and release your body and mind from harmful effects of stress. With proper guidance and training we can learn to reduce and eliminate stress and anxiety from our mind and body.

In each session you will learn and experience simple yet profound effective breathing, body movement, muscle relaxation, and mind focusing techniques. Over 4 weeks you will become progressively more familiar and skilled in achieving deep, effective relaxation on your own and will start experiencing profound and meaningful changes..

The program provides 18 hours of training (5 sessions, one each week over 4 weeks), a support workbook and instructional CDs by Eli Bay to guide your practice and skill development.

Here are the types of changes that are regularly seen from people who have taken the program:
